Green Bay Area Potential Funding Resources:

WisCaregiver Careers: WisCaregiver Careers offers free nurse aide training and testing for caring individuals of all ages who are not currently listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry. Applicants who successfully complete training, testing, and six months of working in a participating nursing home will receive a $500 bonus. To register, visit the WisCaregiver Careers website.

Nursing Homes: These are facilities that have developed a program to help cover the cost of the CNA training for individuals that are interested in working within their locations. ManorCare – East: Luke 920-432-3213, ManorCare –West: Josh at 920-499-5191

St.Vincent De Paul: Please reach out to Tanya for the necessary forms or call St. Vincent’s at 1-920-437-5737. Scholarships are based on annual household income, family size and financial need.

UMOS: For individuals with an agricultural work background or a dependent of parents who have agricultural work background during the past 2 years (i.e. Crops, cannery, dairy, nurseries, poultry, Christmas trees/wreaths, farm animal care, greenhouse, hay bailing or any other related farm work) · U.S. citizen or a legal resident.· Must be 18 years of age.
