Quality CNA Training Course Objectives:
Our Quality CNA Training course trains individuals in the art of caregiving, focusing on the five principles of care that should inform every decision a caregiver makes:
- Safety
- Privacy
- Dignity
- Independence
- Communication
In addition to learning the technical skills needed to provide competent care, students learn the principles and concepts necessary to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
What makes us different?
Our comprehensive training approach includes a variety of learning styles to help every student master their skills. In addition to in-class activities, each student has the opportunity to receive one-on-one instruction outside of class to help master their skills. Due to our comprehensive approach, 97% of our students have successfully completed the State of WI NNAAP Exam.
Course Length
120 hours, plus an additional twelve hours for the Basic Life Support and Heartsaver First Aid courses along with Blood Pressure and Bloodborne Pathogens Training.

Intended Audience
We encourage individuals looking to start a new career in the medical field to take our Quality CNA Training course. Our ideal students are at least 16 years of age, with a reading comprehension of at least an 8th grade level. Also, we encourage all students to have a willingness to learn about offering the best quality care.
