Thank you for your interest in applying for our Nurse Aide Training course! We look forward to helping you start a new career in the medical field but we wanted to provide you with a few reminders before you complete the application.

COST & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: The total cost for the training program is $725. This fee covers all of the online instruction, lab work, clinical training, participant materials, and the necessary background checks. Please note that the state exam fee is an additional $131.25 but would not be due until the last day of class. Many of our students choose to apply for financial assistance through local organizations or by applying with local healthcare facilities BUT this must be done BEFORE you complete the application. INFORMATION NEEDED ON APPLICATION: When filling out the application, you will need your Social Security number along with any details regarding any past arrests. You will also need to know the start date of the class you are requesting to join. This date can be found when selecting your preferred class schedule HERE. If your training fee is going to be paid by an EMPLOYER, SCHOOL, or an ORGANIZATION such as CAP, DVR, or DWD, you will need to type the name of business, school, or organization, along with your contacts full name, email address, and phone number on the application.

BACKGROUNDS CHECKS: DHS requires that a Caregiver Background Check is ran on all students enrolling into the training program. If you are concerned as to whether or not you are eligible to take the training, please contact us prior to filling out the application. Our number and business office hours are listed below.

PAYMENTS: Students who wish to pay for the training program with a credit/debit card or via PayPal, will need to follow this LINK after completing the application.
