Paulene Kipke
FOUNDER/CEO
Paulene created Quality CNA Training with a mission to offer affordable and high-quality training programs. She aimed to provide practical hands-on training to her students so that they could feel confident to pursue a healthcare career. Paulene continues to expand her program statewide to bridge job seekers with healthcare facilities. Tanya Christianson
BUSINESS SERVICES DIRECTOR
Tanya has been a Director at Quality CNA Training since its founding in 2016. As the Business Services Director, Tanya collaborates closely with local healthcare facilities and organizations to facilitate the enrollment of their staff and participants.

Marty Olmeda
STUDENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
As the Director of Student Services, Marty works closely with each student to guide them through the application process and connect them with potential funding sources. In addition, Marty works closely with Tanya to manage each training site’s online classroom and to track each individual’s day-to-day progress. A fun fact about Marty is that she graduated from Quality CNA Training and continues to work part-time as a Unit Clerk and CNA to this day! Samantha Mundy
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Samantha aims to strengthen partnerships with businesses and empower students by facilitating access to employment opportunities and financial independence. The Quality CNA Training platform connects students with training programs and assists businesses in filling open positions.
