Our Quality CNA Training Waupaca site is located inside Waupaca High School. A special thank you to our partner Waupaca High School for inviting us to use their facility for classes.

Primary Instructors
Laura has been with Quality CNA Training since 2018, and loves to instruct courses across Wisconsin!
As an instructor, Laura likes working with those who have no prior experience in healthcare. She enjoys witnessing how her students grow and mature into professional CNAs. “It is very rewarding to see the end product of teaching. If we can have a good time learning with some great laughs, then that makes it all the better!”
In addition to being the primary instructor for our Waupaca courses, Laura also aides instruction at our Fond du Lac, Kaukauna, La Crosse, Madison, and New London locations.
Elis has worked as a CNA, Nurse Extern, and has been an RN for 32+ years. She has worked in a hospital setting, where she cared for Medical/Surgical & Family Birth Center patients. She also has experience in corrections nursing, long-term care, rehab, camp nursing and hospice.
Her favorite part of teaching Quality CNA Training courses is the, “Ah-ha” moments. Students learn a multitude of tasks and it all comes together when they are on the clinical floor. Her post-clinical discussions are priceless.
In her free time, Elis enjoys reading, travelling and spending quality time with her family.
