Our Quality CNA Training West Salem site is located inside West Salem High School. A special thank you to our partner West Salem High School for inviting us to use their facility for classes.

Primary Instructor

Kate Richardson has been a valuable member of the Quality CNA Training team since 2021. She has done a fantastic job as the primary instructor for our West Salem High School students and in addition, she makes time to help out our La Crosse students when needed.

Kate has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She’s commented that “I have always looked back on my CNA days and remember them fondly. I am a better Nurse for it. There’s nothing like being a CNA and learning to build relationships and advocate for Residents.”

Kate’s favorite part of teaching new skills and information to her CNA students is “seeing how students gain confidence and their sincere desire to make a difference.”
